We'll have the adjustment column placed next to the main DISCOUNT column, we'll have it hidden, and when we click the arrow next to the discount, the column will drop down.
You need to keep in mind that this column works differently from the discount one. The discount column is set up so that it subtracts from the price, with the discount being positive and never allowed to be negative. In the adjustment, to apply a discount we’ll have to enter the amount as a negative so it’s subtracted from the price. The opposite happens if we add a surcharge to the customer, which in this case would be positive since it adds to the price.
