StarNapp allows you to make a Quote, Delivery Note, Invoice, Proforma directly to a customer without having to register a vessel, this concept is called direct sale.
In the Sales option, select any of the documents you want to issue free of charge to a vessel.
When you open any of the documents that you are going to make, select the client or you can register it as you know in the + sign or when you enter the name of the client in the creation of the document you will be notified that a new record will be created with the name of this client that we have created.
Indicate the Description or Title.
Assign a label, in this case you can write the label SALE or any other, but this field will not influence any function and corresponds more to your internal management.
In the last section we can choose our billing series and template created earlier.
Once the reservation is completed, which in this case would be 100%, we can issue the document and we will see the format in which we want to issue and the expiration date of the document.
As you can see in the margin it is not necessary to have the vessel and you can start the loading of materials or concepts that you are going to sell directly.
The costs will still appear in your “donut” and once the quotation is issued as in this case, you can convert it with this button (photo of the button or icon) in any other document. You can also send it to the customer directly by email or print it.
You will finally have the document of sale of a product directly without going through a vessel.
Another option is to print the document and deliver it directly to the customer as a delivery note or invoice and as you will see there will be no data in the right margin that associates the document to a vessel.
