In the mobile version, it is possible for the operator to register the materials being used in a task. To do this, from the main screen, we go to the TASKS tab.

In the MY TASKS window, if we have a WO assigned to perform a job, it will appear on the day we are viewing in the calendar. Similarly, we can select the PENDING window, where all the tasks assigned to the operator that have not been completed will be listed.

Within the task we selected, a new window will open with the details of that selected task. At the top right, we will have the chat and image upload functions.

When there are conversations or photos in the task, a red bubble will appear with the number of messages the worker has yet to read. These can be messages sent by the Workshop Manager, the Coordinator, the Manager, or a colleague working on the same task. Messages written by the worker are also recorded.

From the owner's side, we have the option to take photos or send comments that are typed. When selecting the photo option, the phone's camera will automatically open to take pictures and send them.

At the bottom, we have the following functions.

INFO: this corresponds to the information about the task we've selected. It is the main screen we see when opening the task.
TIMES: this is the window where we can see the times that have been logged for the task, as well as the option for the operator to log new times by clicking on the + button.
MATERIALS: the operator can record materials that are already scheduled for the task, simply checking off that the material has been registered, or they can add a material they've used for the task.
To find a material they want to register, they can use the reference or the description of the material and then enter the quantity of units they've used to REGISTER it for the task, which will be logged directly.
EXPENSES: the operator can also log expenses, such as a parking ticket or the cost of disposable materials, freely entering the amount indicated for that expense.

Within the expenses, there are some references that are already loaded from the nautical system, but the worker can include a description and the associated cost for that expense.
