From your mobile phone, you can view the list of vessels where, on the top-right corner, you have the option to view the list of ACTIVE or ALL vessels. Click on the icon (menu), and the two options will drop down.
As you can see, vessels that are ACTIVATED have the Work Order status bar in blue, indicating the process status of the pending Work Orders for that vessel.
To see vessel details, click on it, and the VESSEL screen will open.
On this screen, you can view the following.
MAP: location where the boat is currently and/or its berth.
SALES: all documents issued for that boat, Budgets, Delivery Notes, Work Orders, Invoices.
To view any of these documents, whether it’s a Budget, Delivery Note, or Invoice, swipe from left to right, and the icon for the document will appear. Tap it, and the document will open.
DOCS: in this section we can view all the documents we’ve uploaded on the vessel — Maritime registry, seaworthiness certificate, navigation permit, insurance policy, etc.
In this case, clicking on the uploaded document will open a window describing the document and showing the revision dates, where we can update those dates as needed.
COMPONENTS: we can check the list of components in the vessel, with access to engine types, their serial numbers, or any component of interest so the operators can know what the vessel is equipped with.
At a glance, we can instantly know both the current location of the vessel, check if there are any open Work Orders and their progress, and verify the documentation of the vessel, the jobs, and the components it has.
If we want to update the photograph of the vessel, we go to the vessel's page. On the upper right side, there are three dots which, when clicked, will give us the options to EDIT THE VESSEL'S DATA or UPLOAD IMAGE. This image will be the default one seen for the vessel and will appear as its presentation. This isn’t for images you want to upload to a Work Order; instead, it’s for quickly viewing the vessel.
We can also delete the vessel from this section, but if there are documents or jobs related to this vessel, the deletion won’t be possible.
