In the side menu on the left side of the screen you have the STAYS.
In this action you will be able to access to the configuration of the rooms that are in your nautical company, being able to manage both moorings and dry stays in esplanades or in a ship that you have available for wintering or dry periods of the boats.
Below we show you a video of how to configure these stays.
In the top menu on the right side you have the different ways to view the stays, for example the calendar view which you can filter by the following ranges: MONTH / QUARTER / YEAR
You will also have a global positioning view of the rooms where the view will be of each point saved on the map.
If you want to store a new positioning, the following icon is available.
In order to generate a new STAY as usual we will use the + sign.
When planning a stay, we will be asked for the vessel to which it is destined as well as the arrival and departure times with the positioning we have selected and the rate.
We will have to set the rates according to the sales prices that we want to apply and these rates can also be configured by days, months or by year, so that their prices can vary depending on the chosen period.
When we generate a stay, a TO will automatically open called STAY where in the Resources part of the TO we will have the price of the requested stay.
If there is a need for work such as shrink-wrapping, or general cleaning, or any work that needs to be done, these can be included in the TO so that they can be added to the STAY as part of the winterization cost and then billed to the customer.
If these items are included in the tariff, they can be part of the WO and then not be invoiced, being invoiced only the cost of the stay but having the tasks available so that they can be programmed to the operators.
In the configuration of the points of stay we will always have the map view and its location. On the left side of the screen we will see all the rooms that we have configured.
If we would like to modify the name of a room or delete it, we will only have to click on the pencil of that room where it will give us the possibility to modify or delete it.
When we have the stays already programmed and the documents have been issued to the clients for their payment, these will appear in the calendar in green color.
With this visualization we can know at any time what spaces we have available either in moorings or in the dry marinas to be able to locate boats and thus to program annually these stays, invoicing these costs in just one click.
